1. Project-Based Services

Refunds for project-based work (e.g., custom software development, app development) are subject to the following:

  • Initial Deposit:
    Deposits made at the start of a project are non-refundable unless the project is canceled by Focust Software before any development begins.

  • Milestone Payments:
    Payments made after milestone approvals are non-refundable, as they reflect completed and approved work.

  • Project Cancellation by Client:
    If a client cancels the project mid-way, they are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.


2. Monthly Retainer Services

  • Clients may cancel monthly service retainers with 14 days written notice.

  • No refunds are issued for unused hours or services once the month has begun.


3. Service Delivery Issues

If you believe there has been an issue with your service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess your concern and may offer:

  • Free revision of the work

  • Partial refund (in rare cases and at our sole discretion)


4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

  • Client fails to provide required assets, access, or feedback in a timely manner

  • Delays caused by third-party services or providers

  • Change of mind after work has started

  • Services rendered for free or promotional purposes
